Now Get More Out of Your Inspection Report!

I have a new home inspection report feature that will help protect agents and their buyers from liability when they use North Jersey Property Inspections.  After viewing your report, you’ll be able to sort through the items discovered by the inspector and organize them into a useful project list or discuss them with the seller or seller’s agent.  Click on the ‘Create Repair/Request List’ link to quickly create a list of items you want to have repaired or replaced or accept ‘As Is’.  This is a patent pending feature that allows you to be able to sort through the entire report or just the summary items to separate and organize items of concern.  Save the list on your computer and/or send them to your agent.  Your agent will love you because you just created a repair addendum that can be easily shared with all the pertinent parties, directly from your home inspection report.

AGENTS: You are now able to create a Repair/Request List for your Repair Addendum directly from our inspection report! It’s easy and fast to do and has many advantages. For instance, agent and buyer can go over the request list over the phone and the agent can assist the buyer on what to request. It also allows brokers to help a new agent as they assist them on how to review the report and create a list. It removes liability by standardizing the process, so all parties are on the same page. No more re-typing from the inspector’s report or re-wording the inspector’s comments. It’s an exciting time for us and this feature is available when you use North Jersey Property Inspections for your home inspections!
